Lost access of dbGaP granted data on Terra workspace

We lost the access of our authorized data on Terra workspace. We have double checked that we have access of the data on dbGaP (attached figure1) and re-linked through the Terra->Account (attached figure2). But still, we cannot access the data (attached figure 3).
