Latest 1000G VCF files on AnVIL?

Are the most recent VCF files from the high-coverage 1000 Genomes dataset available on AnVIL, or are there plans to make them available soon? The 1000 Genomes public workspace only has the much older callset with 2504 samples. It seems like there would be high demand for these files so they should be available in the public workspace rather than having individual users upload them separately.

    Hi Stephanie,

    Thanks for writing in. At this time, updating the public workspace with the new VCF files is not on our AnVIL team's roadmap. However, our AnVIL PM will reach out to NHGRI this week regarding this and I will let you know by next week if anything changes.
