We've identified an issue with pausing and deleting Galaxy apps on Terra. See "Impact" section for more details.


August 11, 2022, 10:36 PM ET - Issue remediated - Engineering team has reported that the issue has been fixed.

August 10, 2022, 4:15 PM ET - Issue escalated - We've escalated this issue and our engineers are currently working on a fix.

August 8, 2022 - Issue discovered - Our engineers discovered that pausing and deleting Galaxy apps was broken and started investigation.


Users of the Terra platform running Galaxy apps may not be able to Pause and/or Delete their Galaxy cloud environments.
