July 11, 2022 6:30 PM ET - Issue remediation - Our engineers applied a remediation step which resolved the issue.
July 11, 2022 6:00 PM ET - Issue identified - We received notification from an internal user that they were unable to open a Jupyter notebook. Engineers quickly jumped in to investigate.
Impact
Users who created a new cloud environment between 2:30 and 6:30 PM ET on July 11, 2022 may find that they are unable to open or create Jupyter notebooks. If you are experiencing this issue, please delete your cloud environment (you don't need to delete the Persistent Disk), and create a new cloud environment.
