May 26, 2022 2:56 PM ET - Issue remediated - Our engineers have not seen a recurrence of failure alerts since the restart so we have marked this issue as remediated.
May 26, 2022 2:12 PM ET - Issue mitigated - Our engineers restarted the Cromwell readers and have seen an improvement with performance. The issue looks to be resolved but they are continuing to monitor the situation.
May 26, 2022 1:41 PM ET - Issue escalated - Our alerts started pointing to Job Manager failures, which indicated potential user impact. Terra Frontline Support confirmed that Job Manager was not loading. Terra engineers are now investigating and working to resolve the issue.
May 26, 2022 11:40 AM ET - Issue first identified - We received alerts in our system indicating some failures in our Cromwell service. Engineers started monitoring the issue. At the time, there was no user impact.
