Our engineers are currently investigating reports of increased workflow failure rate, including those that fail with the error message "Futures timed out."

April 6, 2022 5:55 PM ET - Investigation - Our engineers determined that this and the Terra platform issue were related and started investigating both issues as one.

April 6, 2022 2:26 PM ET - Issue escalated - Our engineers are investigating the issue and working to resolve it.

April 6, 2022 11:43 AM ET - Issue Discovered - Our engineers were first alerted to increased task failures.

Impact

Users may be experiencing slowness when running their workflows or an increase in task failures.
