The following release notes correspond to the dates March 23 to March 27, 2026.
This release also includes back-end updates to workflows, interactive analysis (Notebooks, Galaxy, RStudio), user interface, Data Repository, and Google integrations to improve upcoming features.
External Identities
- RAS Integration is now required to access AnVIL data. See RAS Integration for AnVIL Data - Released 3/25/26 for more information and step-by-step instructions to set up your Login.gov or ID.me account and link it to your eRA account.
Terra Data Repository / DRS
- The Google project ID will always be passed to DRSHub when resolving the URL. There is no change in billing behavior at this point.
Workflows
- Fixed an issue that could cause workflows to run slowly or not complete when utilizing Terra's lifecycle rules to move files to submissions/final-outputs.
