Timeline
February 4, 2022 - 4:38 PM ET - Issue remediated - Terra engineers were able to put in a fix that we believe has remediated the issue.
February 3, 2022 - 3:20 PM ET - Another issue discovered and solved - Another issue was discovered that prevented some users from creating, starting, or pausing cloud environments. This issue was quickly resolved. Users are still unable to start paused cloud environments.
February 3, 2022 - 10:42 AM ET - Issue Discovered - Terra engineers began investigating the underlying cause, and the problem was identified as a Google issue. A Google ticket was created.
February 2, 2022 - 5:15 PM ET- Issue Began - Users began writing into Terra support reporting an issue starting their paused cloud environments.
Impact
Users may be unable to successfully start their cloud environments. When clicking the "play" button in the widget, it may load but then return to the paused status without starting the environment. Deleting and restarting a cloud environment is a workaround to fix the issue, but the issue seems to return once the environment is paused again.
