We have identified an issue that prevents some users from creating, starting, or pausing their interactive Cloud Environment.


January 10, 2022 - 11:47 AM - Issue remediation - The interactive Cloud Environments service appears to be stable at this time.

January 10, 2022 - 11:07 AM - Issue recurrence - The issue persists - investigation is ongoing.

January 10, 2022 - 10:53 AM -Issue remediation - Interactive Cloud Environments should be working normally at this time.

January 10, 2022 - 9:30 AM - Issue discovered - Our alerting informed us of an issue with the service that manages interactive Cloud Environments. Investigation for the underlying issue is ongoing.


Users may be unable to create, start, or pause their Cloud Environments until the issue is resolved.
