Summary

We've identified an issue related to the viewing of job metadata via Job Manager. Users who try to access Job Manager are being redirected to a blank page that says 403 Forbidden.

Timeline

November 10, 2021 9:43 AM - Issue remediation - We've applied a fix and we are seeing Job Manager functioning as expected once again. Users should be able to access Job Manager without issue.

November 9, 2021 6:12 PM - Issue discovered - An internal engineer informed our workflows team that they are seeing a 403 Forbidden error when trying to access Job Manager. 

Impact

Users may not be able to access Job Manager for their workflow details until the issue is resolved.
