Service Incident - September 28, 2021 (Cloning workspaces)

Some users have reported experiencing issues with cloning workspaces after yesterday's release of the new project-per-workspace model. When cloning workspaces, you may notice that the notebooks of the original workspace are not being copied over.


September 28, 2021 4:41 PM ET - Remediated - A fix for this issue has been released.

September 28, 2021 9:31 AM ET - Issue investigation/remediation - Our engineers have identified the bug causing the cloning issue and are working to remediate it.

September 27, 2021 7:38 PM ET - Issue discovered - An internal user tested cloning a workspace and discovered that notebooks were not getting copied.

September 27, 2021 4:35 PM ET - New Terra release


Users cloning workspaces after last night's (9/27) release will be impacted. Affected workspaces will eventually have their notebooks copied over.
