Terra will be conducting a disruptive maintenance window on December 13-14, 2025, starting at 9 AM ET on Saturday, December 13 and lasting up to 9 AM ET on Monday, December 15.
Users are advised to assume all Terra services may be unavailable during the maintenance window. More specific details on the planned work can be found below.

Expected Behavior
All components of Terra may be unavailable during the maintenance window.
Some (but likely not all) of the expected impacts are listed below:
- Account linking, accessing data from the linked account (including DUOS requests), and interacting with controlled access data will be unavailable on Saturday, 9 AM ET to 12 PM ET.
- Workflow submission and execution may be unavailable from 9 AM ET on December 13 to 9 AM ET on December 15. Workflows submitted before the maintenance will resume once the maintenance is complete.
