Timeline

August 14, 2025 2:00 PM ET  - Issue Remediation - We have resolved the issue, and Galaxy should now be operating as expected.

August 13, 2025 11:18 AM ET - Issue identification - Engineers have identified this ongoing issue and have begun taking steps toward remediation.

August 4, 2025 - Issue started - Galaxy stops working for users of Terra in workspaces created on August 4 or later.

Impact

Users who are using workspaces created on or after August 4, 2025 may not be able to successfully spin up a Galaxy cloud environment.
