This release also includes back-end updates to workflows, interactive analysis (Notebooks, Galaxy, RStudio), user interface, Data Repository, and Google integrations to improve upcoming features.
DUOS
- Moved "rule automation for DARs" functionality to a new page, and it now links from the Manage DAC table.
- Added a new API for DAC members and Admins to see the election history of a DAR Collection.
Workflows
- Re-introduced Retry with More Memory as a Feature Preview. Read more here: Automatically retrying workflows with more memory
- Introducing a new Workspace Setting called Workspace Analysis Log Retention that allows Workspace Owners to configure the retention period of the log bucket storing workflow task logs and compute environment VM logs.
Workspaces
- Resolved an issue where BED files could not be added as a track into IGV within Terra.
- Terra no longer supports mass-migration of multi-regional storage buckets. You can use gcloud storage command line utilities to copy or move files to new single-region buckets.
