Summary

We've identified and remediated an issue affecting All of Us users on March 1, 2021. AoU users were unable to access the notebooks service after the weekly release at 4 PM ET on March 1.

Timeline 

March 2, 2021 11:33 AM ET - Issue Resolution - Our engineers reverted the recent change, restoring notebooks service functionality to All of Us. 

March 2, 2021 11:18 AM ET - Error Report - Our engineers were informed that the notebooks service was non-functional in AoU.

March 1, 2021 4:00 PM ET - Weekly Release - The Terra platform weekly release was applied as usual.

Impact

Between the period of weekly release on March 1 to the fix on March 2, AoU users were unable to use the notebooks service.
