February 10, 2021 04:10 PM ET - Issue resolution - The platform is now fully functional.

February 10, 2021 03:37 PM ET - Issue remediation - Our engineers started rolling back recent changes to the service to restore functionality.

February 10, 2021 03:12 PM ET - Issue discovered - Our internal reporting mechanisms flagged an issue with our ID service, on which many parts of our platform rely.

Impact

Major parts of the platform may be unusable during the service incident.
