October 27, 2020 2 PM ET - Issue discovered - Google posted a Storage Incident notice with the following content report:

We are experiencing an issue with Google Cloud Storage requests timing out as of Tuesday, 2020-10-27 11:00 US/Pacific.

Location: us-central1

Diagnosis: Affected customers may experience request timeout errors.

Workaround: None at this time.

Impact

Users may experience request timeout errors when requesting resources from Google Cloud Storage. This can impact workflow submissions, notebooks, and more.
