Summary

We've discovered an issue where the terminal in the Terra UI is currently not loading for users.

Timeline 

September 8, 2020 6:17 PM ET - Issue resolution - A fix for the issue has been released. Impacted users should now be able to access the terminal after creating a new runtime.

September 8, 2020 4:45 PM ET - Issue discovered - Our product team discovered that the terminal is not loading in the Terra UI.

Impact

Users who created new runtimes between Friday (9/4) and Tuesday (9/8).
