Billing: Total run cost "not available"

Even if you successfully set up workflow cost reporting, there are a couple of reasons the total run cost for a workflow may show as "not available":

  • It takes 24-48 hours for Google to populate cost information after your submission has completed
  • Terra must have sufficient permission in the Google Billing Account to display billing information

If you are still unable to view your workflow costs 48 hours after the completion of your workflow submission, please review the set up instructions in How much did my workflow cost? to ensure the connection has been set up properly.
