To alleviate slowness in the Terra/FireCloud platforms, a fix is being implemented which will result in downtime of both platforms.

3:03 PM

Final Confirmation: We are seeing regular OpenDJ CPU levels post-release. Terra/FireCloud speeds are back to normal.

2:45-3:02 PM

Issue Resolved: The fix is rolled out.

2:00 PM

Fix Deployment: Testing is continuing on our internal systems.

1:00 PM

Fix Deployment: Our team is working on tests internally to roll out a fix which could result in downtime of the platforms.

10:00 AM 

Issue Discovered: We are seeing periodical spikes of OpenDJ CPU resulting in extreme slowness of the Terra/FireCloud user interface.


The whole system will be slow and/or unresponsive during a short period during the time frame.
