Summary

We've identified an issue that impacts users of the autopause feature of Cloud Environments.  We have determined that this feature is not currently pausing Cloud Environments.

Timeline

January 12, 2023 2:13 PM - Issue Remediated - Our engineers have been monitoring the situation and haven't seen a reoccurrence in over a month. This issue has now been remediated.

October 11, 2023 1:56 PM - Issue Reoccurring - Several users began to write back in saying this issue was occurring again. Our engineers are now investigating further.

October 3, 2023 1:33 PM - Issue Remediated - Our engineers were able to deploy a fix to the system that should have remediated the issue. 

October 3, 2023 9:40 AM - Issue Discovered - Our engineering team have become aware of the issue and are currently working to resolve it.

September 29, 2023 1:00 PM - Issue Began - The autopause feature of Cloud Environments stopped pausing environments.  

Impact

Cloud Environments aren't currently able to set themselves to the paused state.  Users of the autopause feature should manually pause their environments when they are done using them.
