We've identified an issue impacting cloud environments on Terra. Users may receive the following error when attempting to pause a running cloud environment or resume a paused environment.

{ "source": "leonardo", "message": "Invalid workspace id null, workspace id must be a valid UUID", "statusCode": 400, "exceptionClass": "class org.broadinstitute.dsde.workbench.leonardo.model.BadRequestException", "traceId": null }

May 22, 2023 4:35 PM ET - Issue Remediated - Our engineers have released a fix for this issue. Users should now be able to pause and resume their cloud environments.

May 22, 2023 1:43 PM ET - Issue Escalated - Our engineers determined the issue to be a production incident after reproducing the errors. They are currently investigating and working on a fix.

May 22, 2023 12:51 PM ET - Issue Identified - Our engineers were made aware of the issue from an internal user.

Users are unable to pause or resume their cloud environment. Users should still be able to delete a paused cloud environment and create a new one as a workaround.
