Summary

We've identified an issue that impacts users of Hail Cloud Environments. When attempting to create a cloud environment with the Hail image on Terra, users immediately receive an error message "Unknown runtime config type DATAPROC".

Once the error has happened, we have found that users are unable to delete affected environments.

This issue appears to affect both Spark single node and Spark cluster compute types.
