We've identified an issue that impacts users of the Hail environment for our Cloud Environment feature. When trying to create a new Hail environment, the following error message will be displayed:

Failed to create cluster 77500 due to io.grpc.StatusRuntimeException: INVALID_ARGUMENT: Dataproc custom image 'custom-leo-image-dataproc-2-0-51-debian10-a46b242' has expired. Please rebuild this custom image. To extend the custom image expiration date to '2023-04-15T21:10:00.446999Z', please use this cluster property during cluster creation: 'dataproc:dataproc.custom.image.expiration.token=1.custom-leo-image-dataproc-2-0-51-debian10-a46b242.broad-dsp-gcr-

This prevents the creation of the environment.
