Error creating/loading Cloud environment

Hi 

I have been having been having an issue with creating the cloud environment for about 2 weeks now. 

My cloud configuration are as : 
When I click create, It shows me the following : 

with - Failed to create cluster 60098 due to Forbidden

Hope you can point me in the right direction.

    Sorry to hear that you're having issues running workflows! Can you share the workspace where you are seeing this issue with Terra Support by clicking the Share button in your workspace? The Share option is in the three-dots menu at the top-right.

    1. Toggle the "Share with support" button to "Yes"
    2. Click Save

    Hi Jenicca,

    It appears that I do not have access to the workspace due to it being protected by the CERI-Pan_Africa_75k authorization domain. Is it possible to add my email address (srakhang@broadinstitute.org) to the authorization domain so that I can look into your submission further? If not, then we can try looking into your issue some other way.

    Also, can you provide the submission ID for the failing submission? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Jenicca,

    In order for us to further look into the issue, can you please provide the following?

    • Screenshots of the full error message.
    • Google Project ID (which can be found by looking at the right side of the workspace dashboard, see below image)
    • Terra account email
