Adding GENCODE annotation to human Reference Data on AnVIL

A user at https://help.anvilproject.org/t/373 is asking to add gene annotation from GENCODE (https://www.gencodegenes.org/human) to the hg38 Reference Data table on AnVIL (i.e. https://support.terra.bio/hc/en-us/articles/4403695390235).  Is this possible?
