Create a demo account

Hi! I want to build a reproducible example of Terra usecases without using my own account. Is there any way to create a demo account?

    Hi Sehyun,

Thank you for writing in! You can use any Google account to create a Terra account. If you want to set up a Gmail account for the purposes of demos, that would work.

You would be able to share anything from your original account to the new account as well as add this new account to your existing billing project, or set up a new billing project from scratch.

Let us know if you have any questions!

    Kind Regards,

    Anika

    Hi Anika,

I actually made two Terra accounts from my two Gmail accounts in the past, but the login process got mixed up - I remember that I couldn't switch the accounts. At the end, Terra support team needed to delete one of them to resolve the issue. My current account has a bunch of work associated with it already, so I really don't want to take any chance. Could you double-check that one person can have two Terra accounts? Thank you.

    Hi Sehyun,

We absolutely do not recommend that you create an extra Google account associated with any that currently exist as that does result in account issues.
This new account would have to be a totally separate Google account with its own login and isn't associated with any currently existing accounts.
In practice you would want to log into Terra using separate Chrome profiles, or use incognito mode for one so you aren't logged into multiple accounts in the same browser section.
