    Hi Iraki,

Thanks for reaching out with your question! Please see the info below regarding the error you are getting. The linked article may also be helpful in troubleshooting solutions to the error.

    PAPI Error code 10

This error means the job exited in such an abrupt way that the machine where the command was running has essentially crashed. It can also mean that the job was preempted (this is less common). To rule out this last possibility, check whether the requested machine was preemptible. To learn more about this error, see this article

Please let us know if you have any further questions!

    Kind Regards,

    Anika

    Hi!

    Thank you for the answer.

Now I got this error on 6 shards: "Cromwell server was restarted while this workflow was running. As part of the restart process, Cromwell attempted to reconnect to this job, however it was never started in the first place. This is a benign failure and not the cause of failure for this workflow, it can be safely ignored." .

Will it run as it supposed to do or should I restart my workflow? and does PAPI Error code 10 affect workflow results?

    Best regards,

    Irakli

    Hi Iraki,

Before we can answer that question we would need to look at your logs. If you share your with GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org we could take a deeper look at your error. To share, click the Share button in your workspace; the Share option is in the three-dots menu at the top-right.

    1. Add GROUP_FireCloud-Support@firecloud.org to the User email field and press enter on your keyboard.
    2. Click Save.

    Also, please provide us with

    1. A link to your workspace
    2. The relevant submission ID
    3. The relevant workflow ID

We’ll be happy to take a closer look as soon as we can!

    Kind Regards,

    Anika
