Workflow aborting for 6 days

Submission c8c89d05-fc8f-4b49-8abb-cf758e4a4098 in workspace broad-firecloud-dsde-methods/gCNV-CMG-test has been "aborting" for six days.  Will this affect anything else in my workspace, e.g. having a write lock on data model attributes or holding on to quota?  I'm having trouble with other workflows (well, the retry of the same workflow) and I want to make sure this stuck workflow isn't preventing other jobs from succeeding.

  Ooh, that's weird.  I see what you have for this workflow details page, but it says "aborting" in the list view.  And then Job Manager can't load any more info.  Should I try to abort from the API?

  I'm also having trouble loading the metadata for 8b221330-8cac-46b8-864f-999ad7ae1ddf -- possibly the same issue?

  Hi Laura,

  Are you having trouble pulling the metadata in general, or only in viewing the metadata using Job Manager? I see that Job Manager doesn't load the details for this job, but I was able to pull metadata information for it. It's a very large file, about 134 MB.

  Do you still require any assistance looking into this latest submission? As mentioned, I see that Job Manager doesn't load the details for this job, but I was able to pull metadata information for it. It's a very large file, about 134 MB.

  Hi Jason,

  I ended up crawling the output directory to find the error I was looking for without the metadata.  I just tried to get the metadata from the API and the Swagger page hung.  So, no I couldn't view the metadata, but I don't need it anymore.
