"Failed to load" when accessing requester pays links (GTEx) Completed
When trying to access Google Cloud Console links in the AnVIL_GTEx workspaces, users receive a "Failed to load" message.

https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/anvil-datastorage/AnVIL_GTEx_V8_hg38
These pages are not correctly requesting the project to bill to, and are instead showing a "Failed to load" message. Google UI team is aware of the problem and you can find the associated public issue here: https://partnerissuetracker.corp.google.com/issues/153134391
If you are affected by this issue, I highly recommend posting a comment on the issue tracker ticket.
Workaround: You can get around this issue by going to the root of the bucket and navigating to the files you're interested in.
For example, rather than going to https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/fc-secure-ff8156a3-ddf3-42e4-9211-0fd89da62108/GTEx_Analysis_2017-06-05_v8_ASE_counts_by_subject
you would instead go to https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/fc-secure-ff8156a3-ddf3-42e4-9211-0fd89da62108 and navigate through the folders.
You can alternatively use gsutil to access the files on the command line. To copy a file, you would use gsutil -u project_to_bill cp gs://path/to/file destination
Resolution of this issue will be posted on this thread.
