The Terra community forum is an inclusive environment where all are welcome to contribute and learn about the Terra platform in a judgment-free, safe way. Following these guidelines will help maintain a positive environment where everyone feels comfortable working together. It also gives examples of negative behavior that will not be tolerated, and how these guidelines will be enforced.

Our standards

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

  • Using welcoming and inclusive language

  • Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences

  • Gracefully accepting constructive criticism

  • Focusing on what is best for the community

  • Showing empathy towards other community members

Examples of behavior that contributes to creating a negative environment and is unacceptable include:

  • Posting or linking to content that disparages Terra, its vendors, partners, or affiliates

  • Posting or linking to viruses, bots, worms, trojan horses, or other malicious software, or utilizing the community to post, link to, generate, distribute or promote any kind of spam

  • Impersonating Terra Support staff or leading others to believe you are a member of the Terra Support team
  • Public or private harassment

  • Making judgemental comments, trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks

  • Publishing others' private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission

  • Using sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual advances

  • Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Scope

These Community Guidelines apply when interacting with the Terra Support team and the community privately and/or publicly.
