add proxy id to tcga google bucket?

Hello,

I am trying to run my workflow on TCGA, via this workspace: fc-secure-0d4fc49b-d3c7-407f-bc1c-a71ec8e05f2a

The data is contained in this google bucket: https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/firecloud-tcga-dcc-closed-access

I need my terra proxy ID to be added to the bucket  as a Storage Object Viewer-- are you able to do this?

my proxy ID is:

PROXY_101068254125712116768@firecloud.org
