Analyzing TCGA Data on Terra
Hi there,
I have TCGA access through dbGaP. In the past when I wanted to analyze the TCGA data I could just point my scripts to the TCGA workspace google cloud bucket. Those buckets were taken offline months ago - is there any progress in bringing them back online?
I'd also be interested in hearing how other people have been dealing with this. Currently, I've been downloading terrabytes of data from the GDC and then reuploading to google cloud, which is very time consuming.

I would echo this question.
Hi, I believe I am encountering the same issue, in Jan 2021. I have access to the datasets but the associated Google Buckets are empty for me. Does anyone if this is still ongoing? Thanks!
