Getting Started with Terra
Greetings!
Just getting started with Terra, though I have a long history in the high performance computing research space.
I have a faculty member that asked me to look at the "Five Dollar Genome Analysis Pipeline" as a potential solution for one of his lab's many projects...but it seems that it is only available thru the old Firecloud resource?
"The content you are looking for is currently only accessible through Terra's legacy UI, originally called FireCloud."
What are my options here? I was trying to do the walk-thru from the GATK4 Best Practices => code & workflows menu.

From the Dashboard, you can also access the original five-dollar-genome-analysis workspace on Terra via a link (also listed here https://app.terra.bio/#workspaces/help-gatk/five-dollar-genome-analysis-pipeline).
This should be accessible to you from Terra.

Looks like that particular pipeline is dependent upon Hg38, so may not be flexible enough to modify for other organisms.
I may turn my immediate efforts to one of the tutorials and see if I can get the hang of using the tools on Terra.
