Lab members unable to access CRAMs in shared secure workspace

I am trying to share a workspace secured by an Auth group (through AnVIL) with a labmate and a developer account. I can view the workspace and preview CRAMs for downloads, but when my labmate opens the workspace he can view everything but not preview CRAMs he gets the following error and the seqr account gets an access error.

    Hi Kathryn,

The error "Maximum number of service accounts on project reached" indicates that the billing project has reached quota on the number of service accounts. I believe this means that the project needs to have more service accounts requested. Can you share the name of the Terra billing-project so that we can confirm if this is indeed the issue?

    Hi Sushma,

This is an AnVIL workspace on anvil-datastorage.

    Hi Kathryn,

We have requested an increase in the service accounts to bump the limit from 100 -> 1000 (the 100 was the limit that you hit up against and saw the error above). It says it could take a couple of days but we hope to have the project limit upped soon.

I will reach out once we get confirmation.

    Kathryn,

The quota increase has been completed for the anvil-datastorage project so you should no longer be seeing any issues. Please let me know if you continue to experience any problems.
