Workflows should default to correct entity type
When I export a method from the Broad Methods Repository I get a window that looks like this:
where I can select a root entity type. But when it exports to Terra it loses that root entity type and defaults to selecting no entity ("Process single workflow from files"):
It also resets this default each time I increase the snapshot of the WDL, so I have to change that selection each time or all of the inputs give errors (since this.x has an error if "Process single workflow from files" is selected)
It would be nice to keep the previous selections.
