Hello Harold,
The team is investigating resolving this and wanted to ask some questions for clarification of your request. Is your request to be able to select multiple sets from the Workflow and create as many submissions as sets chosen with the same workflow and workflow configuration? Or is your request to be able to select multiple sets which then should be combined into a single set and one submission launched with the workflow?
For example you have 4 sample_sets:
1. You select the 4 sets and Launch analysis. Result would be 4 submissions launched at the same time with the same workflow and its configurations.
2. You select 4 sets and Launch analysis. Result would be 1 submission launched with contents of 4 sets combined into 1 with the workflow and its configurations.

The feature would be basically the same as if I went through the process of launching the same workflow for each sample set one by one.

Today we are releasing the feature to launch multiple sets simultaneously. The UI will afford you the option to launch multiple sample_sets and also launch multiple single entity sets by either combining into a single set or launch separately.
We have limited the number of sets that can be launched at a single time to a max of 10 to avoid accidental submissions of large numbers of sets which would require users to manually abort submissions individually.
