Are you looking to see if Terra has pre-set Data Model support for "Variants" and "Genes" the way we have "Participant", "Sample", and "Pair"? Sushma 0 Oliver Ruebenacker July 19, 2019 17:08 Yes! Or can I create my own data types? 0 Sushma Chaluvadi July 19, 2019 17:17 In Terra, you can make the tables be named anything that you would like. The only set tables we use are "Participant", "Sample", and "Pair". Outside of these labels you can choose to name your table however you would like. entity:variant_id in the first column header of your .tsv would render a table named variant. 0 Please sign in to leave a comment.
