    Can you confirm which web browser you are using and also double check that privacy extensions are disabled?

    I was using Firefox, had the same problem in Chrome though. I don't use Chrome so that was a default Chrome install without any extensions or anything.

    John,

    It looks as though you are already a registered user in the system which is why you are seeing this error. Can you attempt logging in again?

    When I click "Sign in with Google", it immediately redirects me to the new user registration page, and clicking register gives the above error.

    Hi John,

    Have you previously been a Broad employee? We ask because it looks like your email already exists in the database and we wanted to determine if perhaps by chance you were assigned the same email as a previous employee or if you at some point were a Broad employee in the past.

    I was an employee in the past, January to June 2017. I did not use Terra at that time though.

    Hi John,

    Have you ever registered for FireCloud? If so, is there any work from previous times that you would like recovered? If not, we can move onto next steps to alleviate this issue.

    I don't know if I ever registered for Firecloud. If I did, it was just to see what it was, I did not use it. I definitely don't have any work in Firecloud that I would need recovered.
