Show Workspace owner(s) in workspace dashboard Completed

In FireCloud, "Workspace Owner" used to be listed in Workspace Summary page. But this info is not showing in Terra.  For people who do not have "Share" ability, there is no way to find out who is the owner to request access.

    Hi Vicky,

    You are now able to see the Workspace Owner listed on the Workspace Dashboard on the right hand side of the window.
