Successful workflows not copying to data model
Hello,
I have a method (vanallenlab/deepvariant_wes) that has worked fine before in one workspace (vanallen-firecloud-dfci/all_germline_control_cohorts). Now when rerunning it multiple times (both cached and uncached) with the identical config in another workspace (cllgermline/CLL_1000_germline_analysis), all the tasks in the workflows are succeeding for instance in this sample...
...however the outputs are not being written to the data model, and the overall result is a failure with the cryptic error message "Invalid output expression: this.deep_variant_bed_08"...
...although "this.deep_variant_bed_08" worked fine in the other workspace, I've tried changing it here and it didn't fix the issue.
Do you have any guidance on fixing this? Could you help me get the successful outputs into my data model?

Hi Nick,
Can you confirm that you have selected "Configure inputs/outputs using the Workspace Data Model" in your Method Configurations?
