Notebook clusters on same billing project

All notebooks created using the same billing project share the same startup script.  So if you have multiple workspaces that require startup scripts, make sure that the correct one is used with the relevant workspace.

When viewing notebooks in Jupyter Lab, all active notebooks appear in the menu.
