Clone and edit a dockstore workflow.

If a workspace is using a workflow from dockstore, there is no easy way to clone and edit the workflow. The user would have to copy the contents of the workflow from the workspace then go to the method repo to past the copied workflow in a new method. A button to do the above would be helpful.
