Ability to Merge Snapshots that use the same Asset

It would be helpful to be able to merge snapshots together that have the same asset backing them and delete the old snapshot copies from before they merged so that I don't have to refilter my data from a dataset and create a new snapshot (and delete the old ones) every time I have new data I want to deliver. While users can already combine two snapshots in a workspace, this further proliferates the too many snapshots/google group limits issues some power users encounter
