reposition the Abort Job button so it's not underneath "parent job" navigation button

Recently in the Job Manager I was navigating upward through the hierarchy of jobs by clicking on the "go back to parent job" arrow. Alas, one click too many, and my job was aborted. Something like this:

Doh!

Gosh I wish that Abort Job button hadn't been there...
