View Resource Monitoring configurations for past workflows

Users are currently unable to view Resource Monitoring configurations for a previously executed workflow.

I believe that this would be a very useful functionality to have, especially given that there is an option to use cached results from previous workflows executed - I would like to have full understanding of the configurations set in these previous workflows, if I were to reference their results through caching.
