Data tab audit log

I'd like to suggest implementation of an audit log for Terra data tables such that all data table uploads, deletions, and record edits, are tracked for traceability purposes.  Key components to capture would include the user, change category (associated data table and table column, when applicable), specific change to and from, and date and time of the change.  This provides visibility into all table edits to allow for root cause analysis investigations and implementation of corrective actions, when necessary.  This is especially important for Terra data tables as often times, multiple users collaborate on data tables and, as the origin of more and more reportable lab results, it is critical to maintain data integrity via tracking changes.
