Delays and Issues with Terra Job Processing and Updates: A Recent Experience

Good morning Terra Support team, 

I submitted several jobs on October 25th, and there’s been no movement on them for roughly 4 days. Typically, these tasks are completed in just a few hours. The time diagram suggests that there have been no updates for days.

I aborted one of these jobs and attempted to re-submit it earlier on Tuesday, October 31st, at 4:00 p.m., but the status remained stuck on “submitted” without transitioning to “running.” until 9:00 p.m.
I aborted the stuck job and re-submitted it last night at 9:17 p.m. after 90 minutes, the status changed to “running,” but there has been no progress in any of the tasks.

I am analyzing All of Us data; our project is very time-sensitive. Can I have your help with this issue, please?
