Unable to create custom environment

Hi, 

I ran into an issue with creating a cloud environment from custom docker containers (with/without GPU resources). Is it possible the process times out because our container image is too large? 

I received the following error messages:

"Could Not Retrieve Cloud Environment Error Info

Runtime Gcp/terra-df1c3a80/saturn-996fb410-b099-4ef1-b11d-39fe1d95b8d8 not found
