Remove public workspaces from notification settings

In my user profile under "Notification settings", I have the option to set submission notifications for workspaces I have access to. However, this feature is basically unusable because it is so cluttered with public workspaces. Presumably no one is running jobs in these workspaces, as they are only able to be viewed and cloned, so why do I have checkboxes for notifications for every one of them? It makes it extremely difficult to manage settings for workspaces I am actually using, because I have to scroll through hundreds of useless workspace names to find the ones I want to change settings for. Public workspaces should be removed from this list. Another useful feature would be notification settings by access type - sort the list by owner / writer / reader, and give boxes to quickly turn on/off notifications for each category, e.g. turn off notifications for all workspaces where I am only a reader.
